Motherboard on our HVAC system went out today and after we called for a diagnostic service visit we were expecting them to come on Monday but less than 20 minutes later dispatch called and said they could be here today and 20 minutes later they were on their way! They reviewed, explained everything, left to get a part and were back in less than 15 minutes. System is now back online and we have heat! This is not the first time they have provided us with excellent service and I will use them every time. What do I love about Stewart? -always efficient, polite, reasonably priced and they have never treated me (as a woman) as if I didn't have a clue about HVAC!
